Advanced, high durability hydraulic fluids
Highly durable system protectionRando HD hydraulic fluids combine advanced, high quality solvent refined base stocks with latest technology additive systems, maximising oxidation protection in high speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps, and the critical bronze-on-steel components in axial piston pumps.
These advanced fluids contain extremely stable anti-wear additive technologies, delivering the highest levels of system protection in highly stressed hydraulic systems, and offer optimum foam suppression performance in demanding high-speed operations.

Rando HD advanced technology hydraulic fluid additives maximise thermal degradation and oxidation protection in high speed, high temperature operations, ensuring long fluid service life and maximum equipment protection in the most arduous operating environments. In high-speed operations, Rando HD is highly resistant to foam generation, and very rapidly releases entrapped air, optimising operating accuracy and sensitivity.
These high performance fluids are extremely stable in the presence of water, and deliver excellent protection in humid or very wet operations, rapidly shedding water for separation, and maximising filterability over very long operating periods. This highly effective hydrolysis prevention delivers outstanding rust and corrosion protection, optimising operational performance and equipment protection, and meets and exceeds
AFNOR NF E 48-690 dry and NF E 48-691 wet filterability tests.
Applications
- Recommended for use in all high-performance, heavy duty hydraulic systems, including high speed / pressure vane and gear pumps, and axial piston pumps. Excellent compatibility with bronze and steel components and all types of valves and servos.
- Recommended for use in machine tool lubrication where anti-wear technologies are required, and are suitable for common head-stock / gearbox way- lubricant systems.
